Founded in 2008 by the Rawat family on their ancestral farm in Uttarakhand, Earth Basket Organics was born out of a simple belief: food should be grown the way nature intended — without chemicals, without shortcuts.

2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Dollar ($) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product availability is subject to seasonal supply and stock levels.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (select areas)
By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years of age
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, logistics partners, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless items are damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Subscription Services
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel or pause at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation requests must be made 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid charges for that cycle.
7. Intellectual Property

Packaging
All items are packed in 100% compostable boxes with plant-based cool packs to maintain freshness. Ice packs and liners can be composted or disposed of safely.
Tracking
You'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched. Our delivery partners provide real-time tracking.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the order will be cancelled and a full refund issued within 5–7 business days.
